Job Description

Principal Responsibilities

· This position supports global Operations, Finance, Technology and Services (OTFS) Human Capital Management (HCM).

· Headcount & Attrition reporting – produce monthly, quarterly reports on a global and regional basis across OTFS.

· Performance Reviews – Run periodic status reports and follow up with employees to complete reviews. Assist with building and maintaining performance review manager trees. Generate division and regional rosters.

· Diversity reporting - Create and produce quarterly diversity headcount reports based on hires, departures and transfers into and out of OTFS.

· Compensation Run rate – Update and produce compensation run rate analysis on a quarterly basis using database and advanced excel skills.

· HRWW data update - Review employee prior experience information within HRWW to determine if data has been captured properly. Recommend changes where appropriate.

· Year end compensation process – Create and maintain business objects reports throughout the year end process. Assist with maintaining manager trees and CRS (Compensation Review System) administration. Generate diagnostic reports on a frequent basis.

· Ad hoc projects and reporting as required. Streamline and improve reporting using Excel and Access skills.

Experience / Skills / Systems Requirements

· Minimum of 2-4 years of work experience in an analytical or reporting role

· Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

· Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills

· Excellent project management skills

· Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment; experience in working with other regions preferred

· Strong organization skills

· Strong people management and teamwork skills

· Strong Excel and Access skills required; knowledge of Business Objects a plus
