Job Description
# Act as the primary contact for RCL during the execution of the project.
# Define the project management framework for all project related activities
# Review / define project plan and charter Identify project requirements in terms of infrastructure and resources
# Provide direction and supervision to all assigned personnel in the project.
# Issue Management and conduct follow ups for closure
# Escalate all major issues to the project steering committee.
# Maintain project communications through SPOC identified by RCL
# Act as the primary interface for all matter relating to the scope, including matters that affect the baseline, schedules, costs and process audit for scope delivery.
# Conduct internal reviews to ensure SLA agreements are being met.
# Measure and evaluate progress against the project plan and schedule.
# Ensure necessary project change control procedures are followed.
# Ensure succession planning of critical resources.
# Ensure C-Sat levels are maintained at the desired levels.
# Ensure appropriate version and change management in the production environment
# Regular project reporting to steering committee and stakeholders

Desired Profile
# Having thorough knowledge of Websphere portal server, Websphere application server
# Highly technical on portal and knows portlet factory
# Having very good understanding of business process oriented person
# Manage day to day support, report to RLIC management on day to day basis and simultaneously manage customizations.
# Should have very strong communication skills
# Very good Oral and Written communication skills
# Good presentation & negotiation skills
# Meeting commitments, against defined SLAs
# Understanding of distinct technologies and Quality process
