Job Description
1) Act as the primary contact for Project Manager during the execution of the project.
2) Review progress of project plan with Project Manager
3) Identify project requirements in terms of infrastructure and resources
4) Provide direction and supervision to all assigned personnel in the project.
5) Issue Management and conduct follow ups for closure
6) Escalate all major issues to the project manager.
7) Maintain project communications through SPOC identified by Project Manager
8) Act as the primary interface for all matter relating to the scope, including matters that affect the baseline, schedules, costs and process audit for scope delivery.
9) Measure and evaluate progress against the project plan and schedule.
10) Ensure necessary project change control procedures are followed.
11) Ensure succession planning of critical resources.
12) Ensure appropriate version and change management in the production environment
Desired Profile
1) Should have 2-3 yrs of experience on Websphere Portal server
2) Technical on portal and knows portlet factory
3) Having thorough knowledge of WebSphere portal server, WebSphere application server.
4) Having very good understanding of business, process oriented person
5)Act as a Team lead who can build role model for team and can drive team for meeting deliverables
6) Manage day to day support, report to RLIC management on day to day basis and simultaneously manage customizations.
7) Should have very strong communication skills
8) Very good Oral and Written communication skills
9) Understanding of distinct technologies and Quality process
