Job Description

1. Development of training strategy for the institution

1.1 Develop a training plan and training calendar that will be reviewed every year

1.2 Present training budget and meet the training plan requirements within the training budget

1.3 Developing systems/manuals for key trainings

1.4 Development of training effectiveness measurement systems



1.5 Designing and maintaining training content and modules/ customize training

content

1.6 Developing network of trainers.

1.7 Development of efficient/low cost staffing training delivery models

1.8 Development of reporting and management systems

2. Focus on developing internal trainers

2.1 Outsourcing infrequent training programs

2.2 Development of innovative training models

3. Training delivery

3.1 Carrying out training needs analysis for the organization

3.2 Conducting/ coordinating (with internal and external trainers) training programs

3.3 Prepare manual for new and existing employees to enhance performance including new hire orientation programs and upgrade programs

3.4 Carrying out training effectiveness analysis

3.5 Implement self learning/ e-training modules
