Job Description 1.Delivering 15 days of behavioral training programs per month.
2.Coordinating training programs at location.
3.Vendor evaluation and screening at location based on pre-defined selection criteria.
4.Evaluating training effectiveness at location.
5.Giving inputs for course design to the course ware developer.
6.Ensuring adherence to training processes and standards at location.
7.Liaisioning with interal customers at location for customization of courses/ feedback.
Desired Profile Graduation in Psychology, Diploma or degree in Training, and any other,To be responsible for delivering and facilitating training in the assigned location.
