Job Description Experience of Psychotherapy, should have handled clients independently And not as observer, should know basic psychometric tests, qualified in some additional tests.
Desired Profile 1 Provide consultation to employees for any kind of Psychological problems.
2 Should be able to do all kinds of psychological Assessments in house.
3 Conduct awareness programs as preventive measures.
4 maintain reports of all the assessments.
