Job Description

Responsibilities

As a Human Resources Associate at Synygy, you will work in our Pune, India office with the multinational Human Resources Team, and will be broadly responsible for employee relations, mentoring, and training in a dynamic environment. You will report to the HR Manager based in Pune but also work very closely with the Employee Relations Manager based in US.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Championing employee relations activities including employee engagement, retention, and development through gathering feedback, organizing interactive social events, employee communication and administering benefits
  • Ensuring HR policies and processes are monitored, developed, modified, implemented and executed consistently
  • Developing and delivering training to the employees during induction and coaching post induction
  • Occasionally assist the recruiting function by hiring technical and non-technical positions, conducting HR interviews, and owning the hiring process for an assigned position(s)
  • Champion Synygy’s Core Values – OPTIC (Ownership, Professionalism, Teamwork, continuous Improvement and Client Focus) by educating self and others as to the fundamental reasons and business needs that these values exist

Prerequisites

DESIRED PROFILE

  • 3-5 years of direct work experience in the area of Human Resources with a primary focus in employee relations, training, recruitment, benefit administration and performance evaluations
  • Experience in organizing employee social events like annual days, outings, etc
  • Superlative oral and written communication skills and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a global HR team environment and adaptable mentality
  • Experience on HRIS software skills and excellent MS Office skills
  • Excellent problem solving abilities and detail orientation
  • Strong negotiation, advocacy, and presentation skills
  • Bachelors / Masters degree in management
