Inside Software Sales Representative

Job Description

As a New Business Representative at Synygy, you will work as part of a sales team to acquire new clients for Synygy solutions.

You will identify prospective clients through telephone inquiries to Fortune 1000 companies, collect and organize information about them, and manage the early stages of the sales process.

Prerequisites

  • at least two prior jobs (one in sales and one in a non-sales area) with a total of at least three years of experience, preferably working for a information consulting, software, or other technology company
  • experience dealing with executive levels (Director and/or VP), preferably at Fortune 1000 companies
  • solid experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) required, plus knowledge and use of sales force automation software
  • excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, and the desire to promote and sell products and service to decision makers
  • demonstrated telephone etiquette
  • ability to communicate and cooperate in a team sales environment
  • superior writing skills
  • a BA or BS degree (preferably with a technical degree)

Synygy is not paying for relocation costs in connection with this position.
