Our ADLs make projects happen by managing the infrastructure of targeted business segments. Your challenge is to work with Delivery Teams, Account Delivery Managers and Project Teams - understand customer needs, understand delivery pain-points and improve effeciencies by working across extended virtual teams. Involvement ranges from day to day supervision of a team right up to the strategic leadership of multi-discipline work groups. Typical activities / role are:
Account Delivery Leads (valid for large accounts with multi-tower delivery only).
· Act as the focal point for delivery between GCI and the ADM.
· Participate in critical DD / KT / Pilot sessions to ensure that Delivery view points are accommodated, factor and information gaps highlighted.
· Ensure teams drive to meet SLAs. Identify areas for Service Improvement and drive these.
· Balance between customer’s reasonable demands, GCI delivery model and Account Teams pressure to reduce CoD.
· Highlight & Address multi-tower, multi-location and on-site vs offshore issues.
· Conduct periodic Service Reviews to ensure SLA adherence and identifying Improvement Areas.
· Focal point for handling, managing and addressing escalations.
· Managing the scope and alerting material changes in scope / volumes / incident pattern etc ..
Qualifications
your profileBachelor's (undergraduate) degreeAt least 6 to 8+ years total experience in IT Operations & Customer Services
At least 2 to 3 years experience in working on large enterprise IT projects/ operationsExcellent planning and organization skillsStrong quality focusNegotiating and influencing skills
