Job Description

The IIS/ASP Support team will be responsible for delivering support for all Microsoft customers. They will effectively manage cases and sub-cases to ensure timely and high quality communication with customers and resolution of all issues.

Primary responsibility is to deliver technical support for Developer Products and Technologies. Customer issues comprise development with Visual Studio/Visual Studio .NET, any MS Developer Tools, eBiz applications, messaging/collaborative applications solutions and setting up and maintaining content management systems. . These include implementing sample codes to demonstrate optimized coding techniques. Responsibilities:

Communicate with Microsoft enterprise customers via telephone, email, and other electronic communications regarding problems.

Participate in case triage meetings to share knowledge with other engineers and develop efficient customer solutions.

Candidates Profile

Strong knowledge and experience in .Net Framework, ASP.NET, VB.NET.

Good understanding of the concepts of Operating Systems and networking is required
