BNP Paribas India Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring Support Analyst

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

· Operational support

· Incident Management and reporting, in close conjunction with rest of the Support and Release team in Mumbai, Paris and London.

· Participation to all other activities undertaken by the Support and Release team, eg integration and regression testing

LIaison with other departments whenever necessary

Professional Qualifications

Required:

* Prior experience within a major IT development environment.
* Demonstrate experience of problem solving within an IT environment.
* Demonstrable experience with SQL ( preferable Sybase)
* Demonstrable experience with a scripting language, eg PERL
* Fluent English

Beneficial:

* Prior experience as a support analyst
* Exposure to Risk Management and / or financial products
* Exposure to object-oriented development
* French language: spoke and/or written
