A Technical Communicator's role at TCS includes:
Writing user manuals and online help for application software developed on various platforms
Reviewing and editing business proposals, consultancy reports, software life-cycle documentation and knowledge assets
Developing marketing collateral and Website content
Formulating and implementing documentation standards, guidelines and processes
Designing and conducting training in technical communication for IT professionals
Taking up R&D work related to technical communication

We are looking for people to join our growing TechCom team in Hyderabad.
Experienced Professionals
(with up to four years of relevant experience) Freshers
(Students who have just completed their graduation/post graduation can apply for trainee positions.)

Skill Set Required
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
Experience in reviewing or developing SDLC and End-user documentation
Proficiency in MS Office
Knowledge of TW tools such as RoboHelp and FrameMaker, and/or, Experience in Instructional Design and Knowledge Management will be an advantage
