-Hands on javaEE Architect experienced in delivering enterprise scale j2EE based web applications
-An ability to validate and communicate architectural level decisions,identify and engage with stakeholders
-ability to guide eloboration phase,proof of concept projects and incorpoate patterns
-Ability to enhance existing code and work on new developement as assigned
Desired Experience:
Overall IT experience of 5-10 ys with a minimum explosure as below:
-5+ years experience in j2EE enterprise application developement
-3+ years experience with EJB
-1+ years with Springs,Hibernate and JSF
A certificate in Architecture is an Added Advantage
