Skills required: - Primary 1: A good exposure to Flex with MXML and Action Script, Should have experience in Flash. Minimum experience 3 years in both Flex and flash
Skill Desired: - Any one of the following server side programming - Java, PHP etc(Nice to have)
Qual. Required: - Engg Graduate( Comp Science)
Experience :- 3 -7yrs

Job Profile: -
Needs to develop an application using Flash and Flex technologies. Needs to have 1. In-depth knowledge of Action Script 3, MXML and related technologies
2. Be able to use Flash assets within Flex
3. Should have developed Flash/Flex apps which communicate with server side technologies such as J2EE or PHP.
4. Capable of understanding and programming with frameworks such as Cairngorm. Be able to handle performance issues within Flash/Flex. Needs to have a good eye for UI design.
