Job Description

The Software Technologist/Engineer is a experienced hands-on developer who thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

You will be the Software Technologist/Engineer for some of the key projects in the PSG-Attach organization. You will be tasked with leading and executing the design and development of customer-facing software applications. A sound sense of business and technical strategy is required to envision the 'right' architectural approach to the customer's problem set, given the business objectives of the organization. Activities in this area include:

+ active listening to stakeholders values, concerns and goals,
+ articulating, conceptualizing and experimenting with different technical solutions,
+ scanning for opportunities to differentiate hp products from the competition,
+ partnering well with a variety of different stakeholder groups, including management
Most importantly, you will be a hands-on programmer. You will work in tandem with the core engineers and architects and actively participate in the development and implementation of software applications and services.
