Designation Trainer - Soft Skills
Job Description Provide training on the English Language.
Provide training on soft skills - Communication skills, Customer handling skills, etc.
Ensure that training is delivered effectively in the stipulated timelines.
Evaluate effectiveness of T& D interventions.
Improve calibration of respective call centre agents and engineers
Provide crisp and specific feedback to front line hiring team on quality of new hires.
Provide quality floor support, feedback, refresher and corrective training.
Develop & implement a training calendar based on robust TNA.
Groom and develop training talent in-house
Desired Profile Communication, analytical, interpersonal and team management skills are a must
Should have good knowledge of English Grammar.
Candidates working as Soft Skills Trainer/ English Faculty will be preferred.
Experience 0 - 5 Years
Education UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization
Compensation: Rupees 1,00,000 - 2,00,000
