Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
Complete responsibility of Cost Management process lifecycle from IT
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsibility and Accountability of the Cost and Budget Process
* Prepare & Track the Balanced Score card for Technology covering health indicators of all areas under Information Technology
* Devise actionable measures for all Tech Processes o Assigning accountability to the measures o Monitoring performance against measures
* Look out for opportunities to save cost.
* Tracking Cost Management Initiatives.
* Track Technology Budget & other Project Costs.
* Tracking Benefits for IT Projects with CBA.
* Prepare IT Monthly Status Report
* Analysis of Budget vs Actual cost report at a program/project level. Publish the same to IT management.
* Raises flag in case of any misappropriation of costs
* Maintains confidentiality when required.
* Maintains professional relationship within IT and all other external stakeholders
* Suggests Process Improvement to the existing processes to make them more effective
Desired Profile
* Practicalexposure in finance,cost and budget.
* Should have minimum 6 months to 1yrs of experience in the same profile.
* Good Communication skills.
