Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for preparation of office layout, space planning and supervision of interior fitout activity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Office Setup
* Organisation of site measurement through fitout Vendors.
* Preparation / modification of lay outs
* Monitoring work progress
* Coordinate for electricity and power back up with landlords
* Coordinate for generator set procurement with Commercial
* Coordinate with IT for infrastructure, lease lines etc.
* Preparation of snag list and completion of the same.
* Collate and file project documents, including all drawings, properly.
* Collate all detailed site handover documents, including detailed layouts and warranty documents.
* Verification / Reconciliation of Vendor billing.
* Submit reconciliation to Accounts.
Desired Profile
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must have atleast 6months of exp in the same field
* Good communcation skills
* Open for Travelling
* Should have managerial skills
