Designation Instructional Designer
Job Description

Plans, organizes, and develops training curricula, materials, and programs to meet telecommunication training needs.
Utilizes the ADDIE Model in the development process.
Extensive partnering with subject matter experts to provide input for course content. Plans and coordinates skill assessments, including labs exercises and quizzes.

Works with a program manager to ensure course materials are current and performance based.
Project Management in the development of training during new product introduction. Tracks and analyzes training programs by examining learner's satisfaction levels, proficiency testing, and job performance.
Provides instruction and guidance to trainers on course content.
May include the design of computer-based training and virtual instructor led programs. Must works with limited guidance on projects within defined criteria.

Provides flexible solutions to a diverse range of complex performance gaps.

Instructional Design with Addie Model, Training Content Evaluation, Technical and Creative Writing, Strong verbal and written skills, Adult Learning theory, Lesson Planning, Microsoft Suite Including PowerPoint Animation, Adobe Suite, Project Management, Information Mapping methodology, Storyboarding, Visio, Task & Learner Analysis experience, Telecommunication experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree. Familiarity with Information Mapping is a plus.
