Title - Supply Chain Support Team Lead
Experience: 2 - 6 years
Location: Hyderabad, India

Knowledge Skills
Experience providing customer services for a software or information services industry.
Customer centric service oriented approach with excellent communication (both written & verbal) and trouble shooting skills.
Must be well organized and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with other team members.
Should have excellent, planning, organizing and follow up skills.
Experience in Logistics/Transportation and/or Technical orientation (UNIX, Oracle, Windows XP/2000, etc.)
Ability to work independently to diagnose and resolve software issues.
Go-getter attitude and good people management skills.
Expertise in at least one Manugistics solution area and ability to train other analysts.
Ability to lead a team to facilitate resolution to issues and projects.
Technical knowledge on any ERP/SCM / CRM would be an added advantage.
Systems knowledge a plus (UNIX, HP/UX, Oracle, J2EE application server technology)


Responsibilities
Provide first/second line support across the globe for business application(s) in Supply Chain and Retail domain.
Ability to train other analysts in their area of expertise.
Knowledge of relational databases and/or distributed applications.
Experience in providing product support services preferred.
Individual must have the ability to work directly with customers to resolve software issues. Responsible for the customer satisfaction
Individual must have the ability to set and manage customer expectations.
Call analysis and generating reports periodically to present to the management.
Escalate the call to the next level whenever necessary and coordinate with that team till its resolution.
Building and maintaining support documents and systems
Defining the process procedures as well as raise issues and contributes with suggestions, wherever required in design, planning, processes, etc.
