Mainframe-Programmers Eligibility Criteria:

Role Description: Programmer / Developer / Designer / UDB Datbase Administrators on MF and Unix.

· 3+ years of experience on DB2 Designer/Developer
· 3+ years of IT experience and 2 years of experience in mainframe
Platform (DB2, COBOL, CICS, IMD/DBDC, MQ Series, Cognos)
· 3+ years of IT experience and 2 years of experience on commercial systems in distributed platform.
· Strong communication skills with experience of interacting with clients.
· Understands direction and works independently.

Requirement 2 - Java Programmers:

Java/J2EE Programmers Eligibility Criteria:

Role Description: Programmer / Developer / Designer / Tech Leads

· Well experienced in Java Struts framework, WSAD, Websphere,
· 3+ years of experience on development of Java applications with Sybase/SQL Server and Oracle databases
· 3+ years of IT experience on development on commercial systems
· 5+ years of IT experience and 2 years of experience as project lead in distributed platform (Java, J2EE, Beans, Websphere)
· Strong communication skills with experience of interacting with clients
Understands direction and works independently
