Job Description

Atleast 4-5 Years of experience as Peoplesoft Functional Consultant (HRMS). Must have experience in leading and completing the full life cycle development of Peoplesoft HRMS modules. Process design and application configuration is a Must. Document all gaps and work with the client and the custom development team to determine gap resolutions. To Identify ways to redesign business processes and/ or implement HRMS technology required to successfully solve business problems. Must be creative, innovative, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into l arger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques. Final design approval and configuration of the application.

Work with the end users and business owners to map PeopleSoft Applications standard processes to the business needs of the client. Lead the testing effort for your functional area and coordinate cha nges. Contribute to the training development for users of his/her business area. Project planning, estimating, tracking and reporting. Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of co mplex issues/problems. Interact with client frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables. Exhibit excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Exhibit the ability to work creatively and a nalytically in a problem-solving environment. Be a self-motivated, enthusiastic team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
