Job Description

• Must be a Chartered Accountant • Around 2 years overall experience preferably in Insurance industry with at least 1 year experience in PeopleSoft Financials • Gather user requirements and provide solutions design, process to solution mapping and solutions customisation • Perform gap analysis and business process mapping • Provide documentations relating to Financials set-ups, interfaces and customisations • Conduct unit, systems integration, performance, user acceptance and regression test • Deliver user training • Analyze business needs; translate business requirements into product s pecifications • Play a pivotal role in requirements gathering and business planning & management, liaising with business stakeholders and various business functions • Acquire in-depth understanding of business processes, and a high-level understanding of transactional and analytic systems, functions and data models • Should understand SDLC, strong understanding of business and technology • Fac ilitate process and system enhancements • Strong consultative, communication and problem solving skills • Should be interested to work from off shore

• Ability to communicate and convert functional solutions into technical design • Able to articulate business needs to technical staff • Excellent management and interpersonal skill and ability to c ommunicate effectively with all levels • Ability to work on multiple projects with demanding deadlines • Passion for excellent customer service • Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite especially MS Excel & Excel Macro • Effective team player, good leadership skill • Able to take initiative and independence
