Job Description

Designation: Manager – PDAC

The incumbent will work as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Business Unit and will execute following responsibilities:

1. Resource Allocation & Resource Management at Business Unit Level.

2. Identify Training needs for respective Business Unit for skill sets.

3. Identify Potential employees for overseas engagements and plan for their visas in consultation with central Visa processing Team.

4. Involve in implementing Rotation policy within the business unit to ensure that employees wanting a lateral shift (after working on a project for some time) are taken care of.

5. Interact with Recruitment Team on various positions given for staffing from external market in case no internal fitment is identified/ present.

6. Integrate with other Business Unit SPOC(s) to address open positions across organization and manage an active MIS.

7. Ensure compliance to various Qualities, CMMi & BS7799 standards since everything is audited.

The incumbent should be approachable, energetic, communicative and positive in disposition. He should be IT oriented so as to understand the latest technologies in the market today and should have the wisdom to allocate employees to them correctly.
