Job Description
Graduate of any discipline having experience of 2-3 years in handling Housekeeping other admin functions.
Should posses excellent written Verbal communication skills in English, Computer skills is must.
To Manage the operation of facility
To identify work and operational requirements, quantity and cost estimation of material, selection of staff etc.
Scheduling and deployment of work force on daily basis in different part of premises to maintain highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
Track and monitor progress of work with respect to administrative duties.
Budgeting and monitoring every expense of the site.
Training and up gradation of skills of sub-ordinates.
Co-ordination and Liasioning with internal staff on day to day basis to enhance and improve quality of service.
