Maintaining record of all the leave applications and coordinate with the department head for approval of leaves.
Having one to one interaction with the staff for identify their involvement into job and what they expect from company.
Coordinating with GM for Grievance Handling
Maintaining Training Matrix and working on development of Training Feedback System
