JOB DESCRIPTION :
Responsibilities:
Scheduling, Break Management, Real Time Adherence & Daily Client & Internal MIS.
Handle Leaves, AOD.
Head count planning.
Capacity planning.
Competencies Required:
1-2 Years experience in the Inbound call centre preferably in a voice process
Should have analytical bent of mind.
Must be good with numbers and taking real time decisions.
Would be responsible for analyzing trends and daily MIS to Track Leakages in the System.
Should understand the Dynamics of the Inbound Call center Metrics.
Would be responsible for monitoring the Agent Staffing on a daily basis.
Should have idea about Avaya CMS.
Sound knowledge of MS - Office.
