MANDATORY

* 2-4 years server-side Java experience on multiple architectural layers: Core Java 1.5, J2EE Web Technologies (JSP, Servlets), JDBC, Tomcat, Hibernate, XML etc.
* 2+ years of experience with SQL, preferably using DB2/UDB/Sybase.
* At least 1 year of Unix /Shell/scripting experience (Preferably Linux)
* Strong Understanding of OO practices and methodologies
* Experience in Financial Services industry is preferred
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience dealing with users/clients to define new requirements and resolve project issues.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A team player with a positive, upbeat attitude and a dedication to quality.
* Self motivated and fast learner, able to pick up new ideas and approaches quickly
