Designation Sales Manager (Equity)
Job Description
* Manage team of Team Leader, Relationship manager and Equity advisors.
* Developing strategies related to branch handling and coordination with top management.
* Achieving targets in terms of revenues of Team Lead and your own & acquisition in line with higher management strategies.
* Report study and personal presentation on fundamental analysis on Market shares.
* Coordinate with Research Team along with the self study on various industry performance and result, Monitoring volumes and taking corrective action on weekly basis revenue generated across advisors from research ideas
* Market share across advisory in the region Advisor development for increasing business, necessary recruitments for advisory in the region Client meetings, ensuring that targets are met for the region, monitoring & ensuring highest active inactive clients
* Individually operate NSE / BSE terminals / Futures & Options; Good knowledge of Risk Management; Data collection, rations analysis on day to day trading.
* Providing Market Updates & Investment Advise to the clients; Provide research-based recommendations to clients.
* Responsible for acquiring clients and managing their portfolio by assessing their needs Advising Clients on their Investments, based on the research reports generated by the research department Leading the team of relationship Managers & Equity
* Advisor if necessary achieving the branch target & managing the branch operations Acquisition for new customer and maintaining existing customer.
Desired Profile
* Provide quality service and deal efficiently and professionally with the customer's queries and complaints.
* Involved in marketing of a comprehensive range of financial products encompassing equities, mutual funds, IPO, Risk management etc.
* Generated periodic reports and monitored team statistics for assessment of the performance of individual members and team as a whole an acknowledged expert in the field of acquiring new clients as also in networking with and advising high net worth clients with regard to long term as well as short term investments.
* Identified training needs across levels via mapping of skills and analysis of the existing level of competencies of individual's conducted need based training programs for capacity building.
* Engaged in providing portfolio management/ consultancy services to a diverse range of corporate as well as niche market clients.
* Managing the Branch - Operational, Administrative, Marketing and Business Development.
* Meeting allotted targets, Brand positioning & Business development for increasing business volumes.
* Motivate, train and monitor the performance of subordinates. Provide excellent customer service and build good relationship with customers, Handle day to day branch's activities.
