Job Description

1. Over 5-9 years of IT experience
2. Architecture, Design and Implementation of Application software.
3. Atleast 1 year of designing experience using various designing tools like UML, MS Visio etc.
4. Fair amount of domain expertise gained through working on various application.
5. Lead the overall architecture and development effort for the timely delivery of the products.
6. Be the technical lead for Projects or initiatives up to a very high level of complexity.
7. Co-ordinate the full life cycle for delivery of the solutions to the customer.
8. Expert in designing solutions using Vb.net, IIS, Web services and UML.
9. Should be able to define, create and maintain project plans, lead, motivate and focus on the vision of the project.
10. Be the technical lead for projects or initiatives up to a very high level of complexity
11. Ensure cross domain implications in solutions are assessed and managed accordingly
12. Co-ordinate the full life cycle for delivery of the solutions to customers
13. Expert in designing solutions using Microsoft .NET, IIS, Web Services, SharePoint Portal Server an d BizTalk
14. Experience in full life cycle software development using an inerative development approach . .NET architecture certification would be preferred

Desired Profile

1. Should be a B.E/B.Tech/BSc/MCA/MTech/MSc from a reputed institute.
2. Should have at least 4 years of development experience using various Microsoft Technologies including - VB.net, Asp.net, C#(preferable) and Sql server.
3. In - depth knowledge of software quality practices.
4. Good communication skills with a sharp business acumen.
5. Able to lead a team of 5-6 people.
6. Should be result- oriented and assertive.
7. Onsite requirement gathering experience(Desired).
8. Onsite/Offshore client interaction experince(Desired).
9. Through knowledge of MS.Net technology.
10. Strong technical expertise in OOP's concepts and knowldege of RDBMS
11. Experience in web- application development using asp.net is must.
