Responsibilty:

Position Summary: As Product Manager, you will define the products that make an impact within Adobe as well as software industry as a whole. You must have the vision to shape product strategy, the passion to understand and articulate customer needs and the determination to build and ship products that are better than the best around.
You must possess a unique blend of business sense and technical aptitude. You would spend time in the market to understand the customer problems and you would come up with innovative solutions to translate them into revenue opportunities for Adobe. You would work with different functions in the company and help direct their energies into building and shipping great products. You will work closely with engineering for defining product features and their implementation. You will help the marketing group define the go-to-market strategy and messaging. You will also be the internal and external evangelist for your product offering.

Primary responsibilities: Develop an understanding of customer needs, industry market trends and competitive landscape. Meet with customers to understand their workflows and pain points. Drive the product concept and product requirements based on customer needs and ideas that come from various sources. Evaluate and prioritize the requirements and develop them into a feature set.
Engage engineering and other teams for detailed specification and implementation. Work with them on a day-to-day basis for prioritizing tasks and for continuously enhancing the product. Work with marketing for product positioning, go-to-market strategy, messaging and product launch. Work with cross-functional internal team (sales, legal, pre-release etc.) and with third-party developers and partners.

Required Experience & Knowledge :

* B.Tech. (preferably CS/EE) + MBA from reputed institutes.
* 4+ years of experience in understanding customer needs and building innovative products and solutions to address them.
* Experience in working in a global product development setup would be a plus
* Good understanding of global technology landscape and software industry.
* Extraordinary written and oral communication skills.

Qualifications:

B.Tech. (preferably CS/EE) + MBA from reputed institutes.
