Departmental Secretarial activities:
Preparing and Sending IOM / Letters
Car/ Hotel Booking support mainly for guests
Organizing meetings and meeting rooms
General secretarial activities.
Six Sigma:
Maintaining training roster hard copies and training database update for GB and SS Fundamentals
Synchronization of training database as per '1' above with STACS
Certification database update for GB
Synchronization of certification database as per '3' above with STACS and keeping STACS always current
Monthly BU wise training and certification MIS Plan v/s Actual rolling for all balance months of the year along with YTD actual numbers
Organizing Course material and exercise material for every GB and SSF training.
SS financial benefits monthly MIS generation
GB candidates Certificate ordering ,distribution and tracking
Maintaining Certified projects tracking summary sheet and the actual records in terms of Tool Usage and certification application in Soft Form on Quality Server
Sending regular reminders for balance GB/SSF training and certification of employees to respective BU SS Champions ( BB/LE)
Ensuring that all the projects are defined on MyProjects
All arrangements including hotel booking, travel coordination, material coordination for India-BB/LE class happening in Pune
IMS (ISO):
Audit Plan compliance follow up with Auditors and Auditee.
Maintenance of Hard copies of process assets.
Coordination for finance bill passing
Coordination for Training logistics
Audit related MIS & follow up for NC closure
BPE newsletter related data collection and preparation of draft of bulletin
MOR data collection
ISCM Quality:
Vendor master maintenance
Maintaining current data in Quality MIS files on server
Updating instrument calibration status, sending reminder, bill certification related coordination
Periodic updates of visual displays
Weekly reporting of growth metrics to corporate.
Escalation of overdue CAR in e-quality
Maintaining master certification records & monitoring schedule compliance.
