Description

Participate in the analysis, development, and support of HR reporting initiatives within the firm, primarily using the firm’s SAP Business Warehouse (BW) application and additional reporting tools such as Crystal Reports. Accountable for full project life cycle, with emphasis on report design and development.
Analyze and interpret existing reporting systems which utilize technologies including Visual Basic/FoxPro, MS Access, MS Excel, and SQL Server.
Develop SAP BW queries using SAP BW tools such as Business Explorer (BEx) and Web Application Designer. Create highly formatted BW reports using web development technologies and third party tools such as Crystal Report Designer and VBA Macros within Excel-based BW workbooks. Work with SAP Portal team to link reports to Firm Information Portal as required.
Consult with users and project team members to gather, interpret, and document HR reporting requirements; work with the SAP BW Development Team in creation of data model and data access methods to support reporting projects.
Use technical knowledge of SAP BW in addition to knowledge of HR reporting systems and business processes to assist in supporting report users.
Analyze and communicate reporting issues, including problems with data integrity, data design, and functional and technical software issues.
Report status, communicate project issues, and participate in project meetings and planning.

The Global Consulting Methods, Tools, & Communications (MTC) Technical-Analyst is responsible for ensuring highest level of technical expertise and capabilities. Primary responsibilities include investigating emerging technologies, automation of team processes, maintenance and enhancements of tool, trouble shooting cross platform technical issues, conducting channel research and development, and gathering metrics data for analysis and interpretation.


Qualifications
Qualification : B. Tech or BE or MCA


Primary Responsibilities:

Automate team processes

Maintain the existing communication tool
Gather requirements for tool enhancement
Implementation of enhancement plans
Conduct regular knowledge sharing session on usage of tool

Coordinate the development of standard deliverables (for example html pages, presentations, brochures) and adhere to Deloitte

Communications Design Standards and guidelines

Interact with US counterpart (s) and solicit project related feedback.
Assure high quality work.
Finish assigned tasks within the timeframe and inform Team Manager (Lead) or Team Assistant Manager if there is any delay.


Investigate emerging technologies and software programs in order to enhance team offerings

Conducting channel research and developmen
Trouble shoot cross platform technical issues and provide probable solutions

Gather metrics data for analysis and interpretation.

Ensure compliance with operational requirements

Spend 100% time doing independently. 50% in provide technical support and 25% in relationship management and 25% in project and work flow
management
Ensure time against activity is tracked correctly using appropriate systems.
Understand and prioritize assigned work without any delay.
Notify Team Manager (Lead) or Assistant Manager if the assigned work has technical constraints/errors.
Solicit help from Team Manager (Lead) or Team Assistant Manager to understand work process.
Generate the billing sheet with complete information


Experience & Expertise:

Strong knowledge of ASP, .net, MS Access, SQL
Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in software development.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong project management skills and organizational skills. Detail-oriented.
Requires minimal supervision, strong independent thinker and worker.
Works well under pressure and can effectively and professionally handle tough issues.
Works well in team environments and has the ability to work in a culturally diverse environment.
Logical thinker, ability to trouble shoot technical issues, ability to quickly learn new emerging technologies
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at various stages of the project lifecycle.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio) required.
Proficiency in graphics software programs (adobe suite – Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, InDesign) is desirable
Experience in ASP, ASP.net, SQL, MS Access is required.
