Skill sets:

- Fresher’s and people with less than one year experience are eligible.
- They should be flexible to work in shifts.
Qualification:
• Any graduates having min of 15 years of education.
Interview rounds:
- Aptitude test + Essay.
- Essay – Evaluated by Panel.
- Offer.

Desired Profile:Candidates must be BE/MBA/MCA/CA with minimum of 2 years of experience
Functional Experience:Experience in Banking and Financial Services preferred such as Retail Banking, Corporate banking, Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Treasury, CRM etc
Exposure to products such as Finacle, Flexcube, Calypso, Sungard, etc is a big plus
Certifications such as PMP, CFA is an added advantage

Microsoft Technologies : .NET/Visual Basic,
RDBMS : Oracle/SQL Server, with Operating system as Unix/Linux
Excellent communication and customer facing skills
