Designation:Junior Analyst - Back Office
Job Description
- Responds to requests for process administration by fax, email, internet, workflow, etc
- Meets service level response commitments for inquiries and information requests
- Maintains individual capabilities by completing mandatory training on SDC processes and systems
- Conducts a variety of process administration tasks including
- Issues and processes contracts / agreements (e.g., leave of absence, training reimbursement, etc.)
- Handles general correspondence (e.g., letters of reference, letters of confirmation, letters of service anniversaries, etc.) in collaboration
with line management
- Manages and updates the personnel files of current employees and archives inactive files
- Completes and monitors all administrative work related to workforce data entry and maintenance (e.g., pre-contractual, contract set-up,
on-boarding, transfers, changes personal data, departures, etc.)
- Processes salary changes and promotions
- Manages retired staff administrative issues and requests
- Handles the administrative management of special programs
- Translates and/or checks translations of various documents
- Coaches and guides CSRs through non-routine system transactions and other ‘how to’ questions, to provide status on follow-through of delegated information requests
- Escalates systems/workflow performance issues to SDC Service Delivery Manager or HRIS help desk
- Collaborates with Service Delivery Manager in updating the FAQ and knowledge base periodically
- Collaborates with Service Delivery Manager to review requests trending and develop client service improvement projects (e.g., knowledge base content updates, training/education of end users, improved Tier 1 HRA communications,etc.)
- Providing written answers to general questions, information requests, and concerns

Graduate in any discipline
0 - 1 year of work experience.
Good communication and aptitude for learning.
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Prior experience with any kind of transaction processing.
Exposure to working in HR field.
The candidate must be open to work in shifts.
Must be comfortable for working in a 22/7 environment
