The details are as under:
1. Eligibility:
BSC (IT)/ BE/ MCA/ MSc/ BCA/ MBA(IT/Systems) with / without IT experience with excellent communication skills.
2. Selection Procedure:
i. Aptitude Test
ii. HR interview/s.
iiii. On clearance of Aptitude and HR interview/s, successful candidates shall get an offer letter from Triumph Systems & Solutions Pvt Ltd.
3. Salary: The salary payable shall be as follows:
Stipend from Month 4 upto Month 6 Rs. 5000/- per month for on-the-job training
Salary from Month 7 upto Month 9 Rs. 10050/- per month
Month 10th onwards Rs. 15000/- to Rs 25000/- per month depending on the caliber and performance of each individual.
4. Training:
The candidates appointed on joining shall undergo rigorous training for 3 months in Java Technolgy and Finishing Skills with additional 1 month on Projects and subsequently deployed on challenging Projects either at TriumphSys or directly with reputed Organizations.
5. Commitment:
The selected candidates will have to pay fees of Rs. 70,000/- for the training.
