Recommended Candidate Profile (not more than 150 words) TCS is looking for a dynamic faculty with excellent coordination and administration skills.
Educational Qualifications University graduation mandatory. Qualifications in the concerned languages from a reputed university or relevant equivalent certification from an international institution. OB, Communication or Cross Culture management specialization at a reputed institution.
Skills / Experience Sought
* 2 - 4 yrs of experience
* The candidate should have experience in language training at specialized language institutes like Max Mueller Bhavan using communicative and interactive approaches.
* The candidate must have strong core competence in the relevant language, good command over the English language, a learner-centric approach and excellent communication, administration and inter-personal skills. Skills in modern teaching methods and methodologies are obligatory.
* The candidate should have knowledge of organizational behavior, cross culture and ability to conduct workshops & programs in this domain.
* The candidate should have multilingual, multicultural exposure through travel, profession, study etc.
