Technical Writer Eligibility Criteria:
Consistently above 50% marks in 10th, 12th, UG/PG
Should not have attended TCS interviews in the last six months
If there is any Gap, it should not be more than 2 yrs.
Note: (Only through Regular College, No correspondence Education)
Technical Communicator's Role Description:
Role at TCS includes:
• Writing user manuals and online help for application software developed on various platforms.
• Reviewing and editing business proposals, consultancy reports, software life-cycle documentation and knowledge assets.
• Developing marketing collateral and Website content.
• Formulating and implementing documentation standards, guidelines and processes.
• Designing and conducting training in technical communication for IT professionals.
Taking up R&D work related to technical communication.
Registration time: 10 AM - 1 PM Only
Years of Experience :
Experienced Professionals
(with up to four years of relevant experience)
Skill Set Required
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
• Experience in reviewing or developing SDLC and End-user documentation
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of TW tools such as RoboHelp and FrameMaker, and/or, Experience in Instructional Design and Knowledge Management will be an advantage
