Strong knowledge of J2EE Framework and should have hands-on on application development (Web and Windows).
Should have good understanding of OOPS Concepts, UML and Design Patterns like Factory, Observer, MVC etc
Should have worked on SQL Server 2000 /2005, IIS and Windows Server.
Should able assimilate, collect and create the customer needs and requirements.
IBM MQ -JMS, Web services experience, WebMethods integration exposure (not mandatory).
Also background on App server IBM Web sphere/JBOSS APP. SERVER required.
