• Sample size quality Audit
• Daily process performance reporting
• Tracking daily error and maintaining volume log.
• Follow up and tracking of clarifications
• Training of new hire
• Updating SOP & Process flow
Seeking new graduates with strong client relationship and communcation skills.
Good analytical skills
Effective communciation skils, both written and verbal.
Good command of MS Office applications
