Job Description
This position plays a key role within the ESS SWD Planning group. The focus of this role is to support planning group in data analysis and reporting for the delivery operations.
This position will engage in processes development with the data management team to help streamline regular activities.
Assignment will be to help with various processes in the ESS planning group, defining the metrics, working with various functional groups to setup the data etc.
Establish thorough understanding of business needs/trends, operation process flow to identify opportunity for process simplification and standardization to meet customer needs.
Supporting development activities for the automation of the data extraction and analysis function.
Desired Profile
Education : Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree in Commerce, Engineering/Science/ IT/ Business or equivalent experience.
Knowledge on the Supply Chain and server products would be an added advantage.
3 to 4 years of experience in Data management and analysis.
Experience in Microsoft Technology products like MS Office (especially Excel and Access), .Net, C#, VB.NET. SQL Server would be an added advantage.
Knowledge in SAP platform and Business Objects would be preferred.
Should possess analytical and structured problem solving skills
Should have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Should have excellent decision making skills.
Flexibility to support Houston timezone.
