End User Production Branch Support Manager, IT, Mumbai (IO4)
Responsibilities
The primary areas of responsibility are as follows:
Ensure that IT branch strategy correspond to the Global IT strategy.
Communicate and apply the firm‘s policies and standards including local regulatory requirements.
Provide a End User Production (EUP) Vision, which promotes EUP within IT Services and the business as a service group.
Idenfitying and meeting clients’ needs.
Maintain healthy team morale.
Provide support to all EUP staff in technical, personal, professional and escalation matters.
Provide leadership and guidance in day-to-day operations.
Coordinate and support regional projects implementation and requests.
Be accountable for EUP duty executions.
Be an escalation point in times of failed or delayed service delivery. Escalate and manage the outage incident occurred in the branch to regional management.
Review and document EUP staff development, staff training, staff discipline and promote EUP staff
Maintain a culture that is acceptable to business and peer IT Services.
Carry out client surveys from time to time thus making EUP accountable.
Ensure all duty execution is carried out completely and in a timely manner.
To ensure that IT and business management have the required focus on the support team.
Requires good focus on controls and change management
