Designation Manager - Business Planning
Job Description
*Co-ordinate with and support operations for the development of Mid-term business plan (MTP), Establish linkage of strategic planning with MTP, Ensure accurate MTP preparation for presentation to the top management and submission to YMC.
*Coordinate the macro-economic data (historical and projected) requirements for the organization. Collate, organize & store the data, Quantitative and Qualitative analysis of the data, Produce and present logical and structured reports and briefs
*Coordinate the auto industry data (historical & projected) requirements for the organization. Collate, organize & store the data, Quantitative and Qualitative analysis of the industry data, Produce and present logical and structured reports and briefs. Use an appropriate combination of text and graphics to communicate findings in a clear and concise manner.
*Conduct business & financial analysis for the new business proposals, Provide the necessary analysis and documentation input for the successful implementation of projects as required by the top management.

Desired Profile
*MBA (Finance), Graduation (Economics Hons).
*More than 3 years of business planning experience in a manufacturing organization, budgeting, short term and long term financial forecasting, financial & sensitivity analysis of new business proposals.
*Analytical & problem solving skills with an eye for details and ability to rapidly assimilate data from complex information sources, Communication skills, Presentation skills, Conversant with MS Word, MS Powerpoint, MS Excel, MS Access.
*Knowledge and understanding of automotive industry will be beneficial.
