Job Description
*Time Sheet follow-up with consultants and calculating payroll.
*Send salary/hours inputs to Paychex.
*Print timesheets and ready for invoicing.
*Enter hours for Payroll in Quick Books.
*Maintaining Company Accounts using Quick Books.
*Bi-weekly reports of consultants based on the hours they have worked and related payment details.

Desired Candidate Profile
*Excellent computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook.
*Excellent communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively with consultants/clients.
*Has excellent analytical skills and is a flexible and proactive problem solver.
*Well versed in Quick Books or any other accounting package like Tally.
*Exposure processing payroll using Paychex is a plus.
*Experience with IT Services Company is a plus.
*Has a degree in Commerce / Accounting/HR.
*Should be willing to work USA Timings (IST: 6.30 pm to 3.30 am).
