Head the SAP Practice in Syntel
Desired Profile
* Computer Sciences or Engineering Graduate with Computer/IT
degree (BE/MCA/B.Tech/BCA/ect)
* 15+ yrs exp in IT
* 8+ yrs exp in SAP
* 75-100+ team size
1) Experience working in IT services organization, not a captive unit or for internal MIS of some industry
2) Leadership experience and strong leadership qualities
3) Pre-sales experience, writing proposals, facing client assessments, and presentations of proposals
4) Ability and experience estimating accurately
5) All round exposure in SAP
8) Good depth in at least two or more modules in SAP
9) Implementation experience in one or two projects
10) Worked with good number of US based and international clients in
various capacities
11) Very good communication
12) Ability to work in a horizontal - vertical environment - past exp
preferred
