Job Description:
1.Sr No Key Result Areas Key Performance Indicators
Conduct various types of Trainings
Consistent Feedback on presentation - above good, not more then 5 unsatisfactory feedback
2Review of the following logs (including but not limited to the types of logs mentioned below), with the objective of identifying security violations and risks:
i. Firewall logs
ii. IDS / IPS Logs
iii. Perimeter router logs
iv. Critical server logs
v. CCTV Camera logs
vi. Access card logs
vii. Visitor access logs (Visitor register)
Inward / Outward movement logs (Inward / Outward register)
Timely & effectively completion of assigned activity as per defined schedule
3Facilitate InfoSec policy implementation and Detect violations
Effective demonstration
4Demonstrate visible performance on Syntel Values Simple, Smart, Speed, Stretch, Synergy
Effective demonstration
5Assist in coordinating and conducting various departmental activities i.e Drills/Tests/Audits
Effective demonstration
6Work towards developing one’s knowledge and competencies in information security management and related global best practices.
