Job Description
Training team members in German with focus on communication skills and intercultural senitsation
Conducting training in communications and intercultural sensitiztion in batches
Identifying coaching needs in the areas of grammar, sentence structure, phonetics and listening comprehension for team members
Developing training plans for the above and implementing the same
Developing and conducting periodic evaluations of the language skills of the team members
Monitoring the language quality of all team members and giving feedback on the basis of periodic evaluations
Experience in conducting language courses and workshops in Inter-cultural sensitisation for the corporate sector Experience in teaching levels B2/C1in German
