Educational Qualification
A qualification from an Engineering College, MCA (honours/ 1st class)
Technical knowledge
2-4 years proven track record of development and design work in the IT industry
1+ years working on a large n-tier application with rich business functionality
1+ years of programming experience in C# (WinForms, MultiThreading)
Relational Database skill
Strong experience of development lifecycles on Windows
Supplementary Experience : (Useful additional skills)
Business knowledge
Some familiarity with front-to-back office investment banking business functions
Some familiarity with investment banking products
Technical knowledge
Experience of using Infragistics GUI component Library, CAB Framework
Experience of Credit or Market Risk within a major investment bank a distinct advantage
Multi-tiered distributed systems experience
Good design skills using n-tier architectures (scalability, caching, business & data layers)
Experience in test driven development
