HCL Comnet is recruiting new people for its various projects.

Requirements:
Minimum 9 months of experience in technical troubleshooting ( in an international BPO) of desktop related issues and server class machines
Understanding on Microsoft Technologies: Windows'95/'98/XP & MS Office
Familirity with messaging softwares: MS Outlook &/or Lotus Notes
Exposure in Helpdesk process(Remedy,Service IT etc.) & Remote Desktop Management Tools .
The openings are for Gurgaon and Noida only.
