Job Description
Please Walk-In to our office on 15th and 16th of May 2008 between 11am and 3 pm with a copy of your resume.
Responsibilities :
Provide assistance to U.S. Litigation Intake Team by assisting with the review of legal mail and identifying the loan number that corresponds to the legal mail. This role requires strict compliance, as all legal mail received must be processed in the same day that analyst receives it. Pull data from various data bases in order to analyze loan and enter said information into analysis sheet and/or data base. Assist with transferring of legal mail to other departments and ensuring said transfer is documented in data base. Process subpoenas. Assist with imaging, scanning and uploading documents into data base. Support other litigation intake analysts with overflow or any additional duties. Extreme attention to detail and strong computer skills a must. This must be an India day time position so that all work is completed during U.S. nightime hours. However, initial training period will require India night time hours. The ability to properly escalate difficult or complex matters to senior litigation intake coordinator is also a must.
